Scheduling Fees & Cancelations
Scheduling is handled directly through the “Calendly” link on my website. Here you can see what days and times I have open for the session type you desire. If you do not see something that works with your schedule, please message me your preferences and I will contact you with some options.
Session fee is required paid in full upon scheduling via PayPal or Stripe. If we made arrangements for a discount or energy exchange, I will send you a different link to schedule that and we will work out the details prior to the session.
Cancelations at least 48 hours prior to the session. Fully refunded except for a small deduction to cover PayPal fees. Can be rescheduled with the same method above.
Cancelations made less that 48 hours prior to the session. Refunds are not available for sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. If you do have to cancel within 48 hours, or at the last minute, please do so via instructions on the post scheduling email and if possible, email me so I know not to expect you. In that case, the fee will be forfeited and applied as a “pay it forward” for someone who needs it. I understand that sometimes life can get in the way. I invite you to look at the schedule and find a time that works for you in the near future and reschedule accordingly.
Recordings
Sessions can be recorded upon request. A file link will be sent to you within 48 hours via email. The recording will be deleted after 3 days.
Sessions done via Zoom
Upon purchase you will receive a zoom link for the session. The optimal scenario is for us to see each other and for me to be able to screen share diagrams and charts with you. If you are not able to do a zoom, message me within 48 hours of your session and let me know if you want to use the zoom line for audio only or just connect via the phone or facetime. Provide your cell number and area code if you opt for phone or facetime..
Reminders
You will receive a reminder email 48 hours prior to the session and a text 24 hours prior to the session
Receipts
Receipts for services come from HBLifeSolutions.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. All information that you provide or is discovered during sessions is kept 100% confidential and will not be shared with anyone in any way without your express written consent. Records are retained on my own personal data base without any information that would identify you personally and only as reference for future sessions. Any information I send to you about your session should also be kept confidential by you i.e., not posted on the internet or shared in written form with others.
